In 2003, the former DJ and remixer Brix (SNAP!, Culture Beat, Norman Cook, the Fugees and many others) established the production power house Valicon. Till 2015, Valicon sold more than 12 million records and won multiple awards in Germany and Europe. In 2010, his production of the song “Satellite”, performed by Lena Meyer-Landruth, won the Eurovision Song Contest in Oslo. As of 2013, he is also part of the TV show “The Voice of Germany”, where he is the side coach of Samu Haber.

More than 20 years ago, Michael began his career at Virgin Records in Munich, where he collaborated with acts like Janet Jackson, Lenny Kravitz, Daft Punk and Die Toten Hosen. After moving to Warner Music in Hamburg, he was responsible for the frontline business as Managing Director of Central Europe and took care of the careers of artists such as Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran, Linkin Park, James Blunt, Michael Bublé, Peter Fox and many others.

Sophie knows the different sides of the media industry. As a trained musician, she is well acquainted with the needs and emotional worlds of artists. As a trainee in a political communications agency in Berlin, she was able to acquire the basic PR tools. And in the Music & Brands department at Universal Germany, she gained her first experience in the collaboration between brands and music. Now at Bitstream Media all these skills need to be summarized and translated into successful campaigns and projects with all partners.
Jobst-Henning has worked in several functions at more than a thousand shows. In 2003, he launched his own independent management company. In 2012, Jobst-Henning became provisional president of Nightbird Recording Studios in West Hollywood, California. Back in Germany, he signed on with KBK Konzert-Künstleragentur in Berlin as a consultant. In his current position, the live expert is working with acts like Lenny Kravitz, Jean Michel Jarre, Jasmin Thompson, Ella Eyre, LP and many others.
