Brix started his musical life as DJ and Remixer. He worked for acts like SNAP!, Culture Beat, Norman Cook, Yellow, the Fugees and many others. After his artist career Brix established the production power house „Valicon“ together with Ingo Politz and Bernd Wendlandt. Between 2003 and 2015 Valicon productions sold more than 12 million records and won multiple awards in Germany and Europe. In 2010 his production of the song „Satellite“, performed by Lena Meyer-Landruth, won the Eurovison Song Contest in Oslo. Besides his work as a producer, he also worked as a consultant for Universal Music, Daimler and other companies. Since 2013 he is part of the TV show „The Voice of Germany“, where he’s the side coach of Samu Haber.
Michael Brycz - Co-Founder
Michael Brycz is one of the most prestigious record executives in Germany. He began his career more than 20 years ago at Virgin Records in Munich, where he collaborated with acts like Janet Jackson, Lenny Kravitz, Daft Punk and Die Toten Hosen. After moving to Warner Music in Hamburg, he was responsible for the frontline business as Managing Director of Central Europe and was taking care of the careers of artists such as Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran, Linkin Park, James Blunt, Michael Bublé, Peter Fox and many others. In 2015, Michael completed the leadership team of Europe´s biggest multichannel network Divimove as Vice President, where he was responsible for Artist Management and Entertainment Content.
Jacob Steinröder - Marketing Director Digital
The 28 year old occupies the position of Marketing Director Digital and is responsible for the social media strategies and digital marketing activities of all Bitstream releases. Prior to his engagement in the entertainment industry the online professional worked as Head of Marketing at the British company WOW Food & Drinks. As Senior Manager Partner Relations at Europe's largest multichannel network Divimove, he worked with the biggest international and domestic Influencers such as AlexiBexi (Germany), Dner (Germany), Rewinside (Germany), Concrafter (Germany), EnzoKnol (The Netherlands), YellowMellow (Spain), Emrah (Germany) and ElRubiusOMG (Spain).
Jobst-Henning Neermann - Live & Booking Consultant
Jobst-Henning Neermann has worked in several functions at more than a thousand shows. In 2003 he launched his own independent management company and consultancy and worked together with world class artists such as Luciano Pavarotti and Nigel Kennedy. In 2012 Neermann became provisional president of Nightbird Recording Studios in West Hollywood, California. One of the leading recording studios in the world where Miley Cyrus, Avicii, Trey Songz, Katy Perry, Imagine Dragons and T.I. created some of their biggest tracks. Back to Germany Jobst-Henning signed on with KBK Konzert-Künstleragentur in Berlin as a consultant. In his current position the live expert is working with acts like Lenny Kravitz, Jean Michel Jarre, Jasmin Thompson, Ella Eyre, LP and many others.
