In 2003, the former DJ and remixer Brix (SNAP!, Culture Beat, Norman Cook, the Fugees and many others) established the production power house Valicon. Till 2015, Valicon sold more than 12 million records and won multiple awards in Germany and Europe. In 2010, his production of the song “Satellite”, performed by Lena Meyer-Landruth, won the Eurovision Song Contest in Oslo. As of 2013, he is also part of the TV show “The Voice of Germany”, where he is the side coach of Samu Haber.

Michael Brycz

More than 20 years ago, Michael began his career at Virgin Records in Munich, where he collaborated with acts like Janet Jackson, Lenny Kravitz, Daft Punk and Die Toten Hosen. After moving to Warner Music in Hamburg, he was responsible for the frontline business as Managing Director of Central Europe and took care of the careers of artists such as Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran, Linkin Park, James Blunt, Michael Bublé, Peter Fox and many others.

Jacob Steinröder

Prior to Jacob’s engagement in the entertainment industry, the online professional worked as Head of Marketing at the British company WOW Food & Drinks. As Senior Manager of Partner Relations at Europe’s largest multichannel network Divimove, he worked with the biggest international and domestic influencers such as AlexiBexi (Germany), Dner (Germany), Rewinside (Germany), Concrafter (Germany), EnzoKnol (the Netherlands), YellowMellow (Spain), Emrah (Germany) and ElRubiusOMG (Spain).

Lisa Mutschke

After joining Europe’s biggest YouTube event VideoDays in 2015, Lisa took care of artist booking and relation, where she signed acts for the event like Mike Singer, Lukas Rieger and Die Lochis. In 2016, she joined the marketing team of Universal as an assistant and worked with acts like Felix Jaehn and Alma. Besides that, Lisa is finishing her Communication & Theatre Studies.

Jobst-Henning Neermann

Jobst-Henning has worked in several functions at more than a thousand shows. In 2003, he launched his own independent management company. In 2012, Jobst-Henning became provisional president of Nightbird Recording Studios in West Hollywood, California. Back in Germany, he signed on with KBK Konzert-Künstleragentur in Berlin as a consultant. In his current position, the live expert is working with acts like Lenny Kravitz, Jean Michel Jarre, Jasmin Thompson, Ella Eyre, LP and many others.
